STANDARD SHIPPING POLICY:
Pop Cult aims to have your orders shipped to you fast and without delay. For orders received by 12pm, Pacific Time, we will ship the same day. For orders received after 12pm we will ship the next day.

STANDARD RETURN POLICY:

Pop Cult will accept returns** for items purchased on the Pop Cult online store within 30 days from order date for refund or store credit. Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted.

Please email customercare@popcultusa.com for a return authorization number (RA#) to return your merchandise.

We do not do exchanges. You may return for refund or store credit and place a new order for the item, size, and color of your choice. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

**No returns are allowed on Final Sale items. All sales are final. If an item is returned that is final sale, the item will incur a 50% restocking fee or the item will be refused and sent back. 

All returns MUST meet the following criteria:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• No scents or odors
• No rips or tears
• No other signs of being worn
• All tags must be attached
• All original packaging must be included
• No COD (Cash/Check on Delivery) packages will be accepted

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Failure to return merchandise as listed above will result in a $13  restocking fee plus the cost of the return label.

You may ship with your preferred carrier. Please note your order number outside the box. Also please write your tracking number down for reference.

All returns will incur a $7 fee that will be deducted from your refund total.

We are not responsible for any returned packages that are lost in transit.  If your return warrants reimbursement of shipping costs, we cannot reimburse you for an amount greater than your original shipping cost.

You will be notified via email once your approved return has been received, inspected and processed. Refunds or Store Credits will be processed within 7-10 days.

A refund may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via e-mail when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS/RETURNS:

Due to the pandemic, USPS is facing interruption in international deliveries. Taking this into consideration, we have cancelled international shipping until further notice. Exceptions apply to Canada and Mexico. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. 

The customer is responsible for all duties or taxes. If you return an item or refuse an item and we are charged a tax, that duty or tax amount will be deducted from your order total before we credit your account. You must contact us via email or phone for RMA information for all international orders. The customer is responsible for shipping the items back to San Diego Hat Company and any shipping charges incurred.

Returns, refunds and store credits may be made at the discretion of Pop Cult.
